Wind power

Wind power and other alternative energy sources are becoming increasingly important. For connection of a wind power installation to the power grid it is important to be aware of how it can affect the network. It is the responsibility of the network owner to ensure that the quality of the electricity supplied complies with Swedish standards.

Harju Elekter has worked with a large number of wind power projects, usually contract based. Our experience with installations throughout Sweden is valuable when we are asked to run a project complying with ABT 06 which includes an order for a wind farm.

One of our projects is a tranformer station at the Bröcklingberget wind park:

Harju Elekter has installed a tranformer station at the Bröcklingberget wind park, approximately 120 km north of Orsa, Sweden. The project was initiated by Härjeån Energi and Harju Elekter was contracted to supply equipment from Arise.
